You can find Dollar Point on the
California side of North Shore but
east of Tahoe City.

home owners association that provides access to a
private pool, club house, private beach, and private tennis courts.
Meeks Bay
Meeks Bay is one of the older parts of Lake Tahoe
located 10 miles south of Tahoe City, CA. You'll find many of the cabins and homes in this
neighborhood more
have gorgeous lake view and lakefronts. Amenities in this area include the historical landmark Meeks Bay Resort.
Tahoe Cedars
Tahoe Cedars is located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoma, California. Members of the Tahoe Cedars Association benefits include
pier and buoy use at water's edge,
summer concerts and movies in the park, and use of
Marie Sluchak Park, playground, & theater. This is a great place to live to view nature and prefect if you own a boat.
Talmont
Located above the Sunnyside area of West Lake Tahoe the Talmont area has some of the least expensive lake views. Residents have access to a private beach via the Tahoe Park Beach Association. This association is open to homeowners that live within one mile of this private beach.
