You can sell your own home quickly simply by following a few, easy steps. The first steps are simply to clean up your home, inside and out. Curb appeal is the first impression of your home, so the potential buyers can just keep driving if the home is not up to par. Make sure the home is as clean and neutral as possible. Homes that are staged sell 50% faster than homes that aren't.
